Complete the information below if you are interested in volunteering for the Rochester Real Beer Expo. All volunteers who wish to pour beer are required to be TIPS certified by the Monroe County Sheriff Department. Several training sessions will be held, the dates will be announced soon.
Volunteers are needed for the following activities:
Group 1 - 4:30 to 10:30 Pouring, Breakdown, Floating, Cleanup: Volunteers will be assigned one or more of the following assignments: To help breweries pour beer from 5:00 to 10:00, to help keep the event area clean while the event is underway, and then to assist the breweries in breaking down their stations and cleaning up until 10:30 PM.
Volunteers are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. We will contact you by June 10th to let you know what task you will be assigned. Please note, volunteers will not be allowed to sample beers before or during their volunteer shift. For "Referring Organization" please enter the name of your employer or the organization you received the "Request for Volunteers" email through.
